San Francisco: Swinerton and Shorenstein Properties have topped out at 1066 Market Street, a 14-story apartment building that will bring much-needed housing and public improvements to the Mid-Market district of San Francisco.
Designed by Solomon Cordwell Buenz, this 303-unit residential complex also has over 4,400 square feet of ground-floor retail space. 1066 Market’s unique structure and façade are designed to blend in with the surrounding buildings in the historic theatre district.
