Swinerton's Dillon at East Morehead project recently hit a milestone: the team has turned all 379 units, amenity spaces and leasing office over to owners.
In addition to the luxury apartment units, this mixed-use project in Charlotte’s East Morehead area accommodates:
– 25,000 square feet of retail space
– 260,000 square feet of parking
– Leasing office
– Dog spa and bike shop
– Four courtyards with a multitude of modern outdoor living amenities
– Cyber lounge & roof-top lounge
The multi-family project consists of a complex three-level concrete podium garage supporting three five-story wood frame buildings with one- and two-bedroom units.
While this project encountered challenges along the way and endured the market's subcontractor labor shortage, the Swinerton team remained focused and diligent. Congrats to the team on finishing the project!
