Daniel started in the construction industry in 1995, overseeing several large preconstruction and Design-Build efforts in the Southern California market in his tenure. With nine years of experience at Swinerton, Daniel will further enhance and align Swinerton’s preconstruction and estimating efforts as Director of Preconstruction & Estimating in Orange County and Los Angeles.
