This year our summer internship program looked a little different due to COVID-19. From meetings to presentations to happy hours, most of our internship program had to go virtual.
We are proud to be able to continue our construction summer internship program while many other companies were forced to cancel and rescind offers. Due to our strong culture, we were able to pivot the program quickly and come up with a new plan. This allowed our interns to gain valuable on the job experience and network with key management despite the global coronavirus pandemic.
One of the programs that went virtual was our Executive Series. Thanks to Microsoft Teams we were able to jump online and host virtual Q&A’s with our top executives. Below find some highlights from this thought-provoking series.
