New Director of Special Projects Jason Hlewicki

Swinerton Southeast is pleased to announce that Jason Hlewicki has joined our Charlotte office as the Director of Special Projects. With almost 25 years of construction management and general contracting expertise spread across a variety of project types and markets including aviation, hospitality, light industrial and corporate headquarters, Jason exemplifies professionalism and integrity. In his role as Charlotte Director of Special Projects, Jason will focus on building brand awareness for Swinerton in and around the Carolinas by engaging in meaningful and forward thinking conversations with commercial real estate professionals. Previously the Special Projects Division Manager at Turner Construction, Jason focused on interior upfit and renovation projects. He was responsible for the successful completion of projects with a collective value in excess of $250M in Charlotte with clients ranging from Fortune 100 companies to locally owned and operated businesses. In his new role at Swinerton, Jason is committed to open and honest communication as he continues developing our client base and delivering award-winning construction projects throughout the Southeast.
