Swinerton Incorporated brought on the experience of SAK & Associates, for the creation of a new company named SAK Builders. They bring with them a long history and experience. SAK Builders, a complete Division 3 concrete contractor with primary operations in the Pacific Northwest is launching into the new year with a new name, new look, and expanded team and offerings. In recent years, SAK has grown into one of the largest concrete subcontractors in the region and is now a Swinerton Incorporated company, further reinforcing their already strong background in general contracting.

SAK’s concrete expertise ranges from turn-key cast-in-place structures to stand alone shotcrete, finishing, patching, steel reinforcing and small projects delivered by specific teams with honed experience and skills. Services range from conceptual budgeting to finished construction, with design-build and design-assist, negotiated or hard bid pricing in between. With work experience delivered to clients in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Alaska, and Hawaii.

The rebrand from SAK & Associates to SAK Builders keeps true to their namesake of 30 years and background in general contracting, but with a nod to their increasing experience and expertise in design-build. The associated logo refresh reflects the modern capabilities, with the gradient demonstrating the scalability of their services and the color paying homage to the Swinerton Incorporated brand.
