Swinerton launches the second season of the Modern Built Environment Podcast

Powered by Swinerton, Season 2 of the Modern Built Environment podcast highlights sustainable development, innovation, and new brands

Quickly becoming a staple in the AEC industry, the Modern Built Environment returns this week with Season 2, available on iTunes and swinerton.com.

From the headquarters of Swinerton, the Modern Built Environment features exclusive interviews with world-class thought leaders, executives, and civic leaders committed to a better and more beautiful built environment.

Building off last year’s debut with notable figures like Art Gensler, Elsie Owusu, Bill Hayward, Susan Jones, and Kimberley Dowdell, Season 2 delves further into sustainable development and innovation, introducing some new brands and showcasing more voices in the industry. Host Tom Dioro—architecture aficionado and principal with more than 20 years of experience in the industry—has candid conversations with the influencers behind Perq, SAK Builders, and Timberlab to name a few.

“I am excited to talk with creative people who are leaders in their field and learn more about the inner workings of the day-to-day modern built environment. In Season 2, we discuss trends, innovations, and project stories from a new perspective,” said podcast host Tom Dioro.

“One of the reasons Swinerton has been a successful company for over 130 years is creating relationships that last. We started this podcast to build on these relationships with our peers and business partners through conversations on trends and forward-thinking topics concerning the built environment,” said Swinerton CEO Eric Foster.
