Congratulations to Ray Haj, Senior Vice President, Region Manager for Southern California and Hawaii. Ray was recently named to Los Angeles Business Journal’s #LA500 list, honoring the most influential leaders in Los Angeles. Ray Haj is the Sr VP Region Manager of the Southern California and Hawaii region of Swinerton. With over 27 years of experience in the construction industry and 20 years with Swinerton, Ray is responsible for the oversight and success of the entire region, including the establishment of policies, procedures, and performance standards required of each project team. His focus in recent years has been client relationships, establishing diverse markets portfolio, developing best-in-class practices, leading and managing rapid business growth including self-perform, building a shared vision and unifying culture, and supporting the rise of the next generation of leaders.
