Every year, Autodesk University in Las Vegas brings together over 10,000 professionals from the architecture, design, manufacturing, and media industries for three days of learning, networking, and skills development—so it should come as no surprise that Swinerton’s Building Information Modeling teams jumped at the chance to share their leadership stories as they help design and build communities all across the country.
On November 14, 15, and 16, Swinerton’s Zane Hunzeker, Andrew Ramirez, and Dustin Hartisuker will take part in panel discussions on a range of different topics about how technology is changing the future of construction, and how Swinerton is utilizing those tools to lead the way into the future.
Check out the speaking opportunities they’ll be a part of:
Zane Hunzeker and Andrew Ramirez lead an introductory course in BIM 360, where participants can discover BIM 360 Glue software basics, gain tips on clash detective, learn how to refresh time, and gain valuable insight on markups and shared views
Zane and other leaders in manufacturing, architecture, and construction will discuss the impact of automation, machine learning/AI, generative design, VR/AR/MR, and other advanced technologies on the future of work, including the emergence of new roles and job functions, advanced training and reskilling, and the potential for entirely new industries to materialize.
Zane and other industry experts will discuss 4D Building Information Modeling (BIM) implementation—the advantages, the drawbacks, and the realities of how often these tools are used.
Dustin Hartisuker and Zane will lead a discussion on how to pair Microsoft Power BI with BIM 360 Field data to make informed corporate decisions.
