On June 7, Swinerton welcomed over 500 shareholders to the UCSF Mission Bay conference center in San Francisco for the annual Shareholders’ Meeting. Swinerton welcomed 83 new shareholders this year, the largest new group ever, to the largest group of shareholders ever.
Jeff Hoopes welcomed the crowd and spoke about the future of Swinerton and the future of the construction industry. Eric Foster, Brenda Reimche, and Lauren Nunnally then took the stage to chat about the company’s Talent-First Initiative, supporting our employee owners and their careers through new career development programs. Frank Foellmer, Jim Watson, David White and Dave Callis discussed different business initiatives, including self-perform trade expansion, prefabrication, and public-private partnerships. Carrie Schaeffer, Chris Morris, Chris Evans, and Scott Conrad spoke about Swinerton’s diverse market initiatives in aviation, mass timber, and healthcare, and about the company’s new offices in Spokane and Dallas.
