An existing 1,629-square-foot pharmaceutical laboratory facility was fully remodeled. Located adjacent to operational labs and office space, work began with the interior demolition of the existing lab space. It was followed by the installation of new finishes, an air handling unit, exhaust fan, and a new roof curb. Work also included replacements and upgrades to a significant amount of MEP systems to service the renovated lab space.
