With a start date in June of 2020, this high-profile project was successfully completed on time despite the many challenges this year presented. The 19,000-square-foot, first-generation tenant fit out is located in the new T3 Mass Timber Building in Atlantic Station. This project was unique for our Southeast Special Projects Group as the first tenant fit out in a mass timber building. The scope of work includes cozy rooms, micro kitchen, conference rooms, open office space, work stations, event space, and walls dedicated to local artist.
