Swinerton completed a 40,000-square-foot tenant improvement build-out of an unoccupied space located in Puyallup, WA. The office space included an open floor design with a mix of exposed, drop-grid, and hard-lid ceilings throughout. A Revit model was established early on in the design process to better resolve initial issues in the field and provide greater detail of design intent.
