SWINERTON WELCOMES NEW PROJECT EXECUTIVE IN SEATTLE

Swinerton is proud to announce that Luis Martinez has joined its Seattle division as Project Executive. With over 25 years of industry experience, Martinez will lead all phases of preconstruction and construction from design to turnover.

Martinez excels in building and leading teams by defining goals, innovative strategies, and disciplined planning.

In addition to his role, Martinez is part of the 2024 Urban Land Institute (ULI) Center for Leadership cohort and is earning a Lean Construction Institute (LCI)-Certified Practitioner Design (CPD) certification. He volunteers as a mentor for the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH), the University of Washington, and the ACE Mentor Program.
