City of Celina Unveils Transformative Downtown Center Project
Swinerton is excited to partner with the City of Celina on the Downtown Center project, a significant development that will shape the future of the city’s historic downtown. The first phase includes constructing a 400-space parking garage, designed to blend with Celina’s architecture, for completion in fall 2025. Following that, Swinerton will break ground on the Downtown Center, which will house city offices, a multi-floor library, and rooftop community space, further enhancing Celina’s growth and community engagement.
