Timberlab was born from Swinerton's Portland office on the earliest mass timber projects in the Pacific Northwest — and launched as a standalone Swinerton affiliate with a mission to advance the mainstream adoption of mass timber. As a team of architects, engineers, and builders, Timberlab provides holistic mass timber expertise including in-house engineering, fabrication, and installation — with two U.S. manufacturing facilities and a growing supply chain that runs from Oregon sawmills to job sites coast to coast.
