Located in the historic First National Bank building, the 29,000-square-foot office space encompasses two floors. Shoring was installed in the basement to allow a spider crane to install structural steel on the first floor for a new stair case and ‘floating’ meeting rooms. The existing interior space resemble some of the Lincoln Memorial classicism and open collaborative space is intertwined among the columns. The scope also included new AV, power and data, and HVAC locations.
