This project consists of tenant improvement for Pacific Medical Center at the Federal Way Clinic. Swinerton completed the refresh project in three phases in order to allow the clinic to remain operable. This particular phase consisted of new casework, new flooring, new ceiling, fresh paint, and minor adjustment and relocation of the MEP system.
