Salinas Police Service Headquarters

The City of Salinas Police Service Headquarters consists of a two-story concrete, 44,352-square foot main building and single-story concrete, 24,878-square-foot utility building. The essential services headquarters is the hub for all patrol, administrative, support and investigative functions associated with law enforcement activities, it also includes seven (7) holding cells.

The utility building houses the Police Department’s support services including evidence intake and storage, forensic vehicle investigation, forensic laboratory, K-9, a firearms proficiency range, and other warehouse items. The 8.5- acre site includes 200 – 250 secure, at-grade parking spaces along with 20 public parking spaces and an outdoor community plaza.
