This 54,500-square-foot urban jungle in Hollywood, CA, consists of 60 new bungalows comprised of concrete retaining walls, steel structure, acrylic exterior panels, and CLT Roof Panels. The project also includes the structural retrofit of an existing below-grade parking garage to serve the collaborative needs of Hollywood’s creatives. This project represents the first use of CLT in Los Angeles County.
