The Street at International Market Place project is a 13,900-square-foot tenant improvement project at the Waikiki International Market Place. Swinerton Builders renovated the existing space into a multi-vendor food court offering 13 different varieties of food selections ranging from a poke bar, beer and wine bar to a shave ice stand. The scope of work comprised of an installation of a curtain wall and storefront system, addition of a 855-square-foot steel deck platform for mechanical equipment, 5,426-square-foot build of commercial kitchen space and over 5,000-square-feet of mix use office/dining/retail space.
