Please join BuildLACCD to meet the Pre-Qualified Service Provider (PQSP) prime contractors who bid on smaller projects ranging from $250K – $5M, along with larger primes who have been awarded projects and actively bid with the program.

Small construction subcontractors will have an opportunity to introduce their firms, provide a Statement of Qualification (SOQ), and learn how to become pre-qualified with PQSP and large prime contractors for potential subcontracting opportunities on BuildLACCD projects.

The Board of Trustees established a 30% Local, Small, Emerging, Disabled Veteran (LSEDV) participation goal for all contracts to ensure contracting opportunities for all.
