#LA500 MOST INFLUENTIAL INDIVIDUALS INCLUDES SWINERTON LEADER LIA TATEVOSIAN

We congratulate Lia Tatevosian, Senior Vice President and Regional Manager for Southern California and Hawaii to succeed Ray Haj, who was promoted to chief operating officer. Tatevosian joined Swinerton 27 years ago and rose through the ranks. Her accomplishments have earned her a well-deserved spot on the 2024 Los Angeles Business Journal’s #LA500 list. In 2019, she was named vice president and division manager of the firm’s Orange County and Los Angeles special projects division. During her tenure at Swinerton, Tatevosian has overseen several notable projects, including the UCLA Broad Art Center, the Jet Propulsion Laboratory Flight Projects Center and the LAX Gateway light pylons and signage. She is one of the founding members of Women in Construction Operations in Southern California.
