In January 2024, Swinerton announced the appointment of Lia Tatevosian as Swinerton’s senior vice president and regional manager to lead Swinerton’s Southern California and Hawaii operations. Tatevosian brings three decades of industry experience, including 27 years with Swinerton, to her new role. Since beginning as a project engineer, Tatevosian has held various positions with the company. In 2019, she became vice president and division manager of the Orange County and Los Angeles Special Projects Division. In her tenure, Tatevosian has overseen $1 billion in projects, including indelible achievements such as the LAX Gateway, the UCLA Broad Art Center, and NASA’s first LEED Gold building—the Jet Propulsion Laboratory Flight Projects Center.
During her three-decade career, Tatevosian’s total commitment and dedication to developing the best people, creating a thriving culture and establishing a strategic vision for the future has been her mission as a leader at Swinerton.
