Blue Lake Park Operations and Maintenance Facility
Swinerton recently completed a new operations and maintenance facility at Blue Lake Regional Park for Oregon Metro, delivering a 15,800-square-foot complex that blends sustainable new construction with the revitalization of existing infrastructure. The project features a new mass timber office building alongside the renovation of a historic maintenance facility, creating a modern space that supports both park operations and long-term environmental goals.
Completed in partnership with FFA Architecture and Interiors, the facility showcases innovative construction, sustainable design, and a thoughtful phased approach that allowed park operations to continue throughout the project. From mass timber construction and EV-ready improvements to workforce diversity initiatives and enhanced safety practices, the project reflects a collaborative effort to deliver lasting value for the community.
