Swinerton provided general contracting services for the tenant improvement at the Edison Office Building. The project scope included the interior construction of first-generation office space across two floors. The newly renovated space will feature open office space, executive offices, training/meeting areas, high-end break areas, and a unique reception area using 3M’s own film products. 3M will be the first tenant at the Edison Office Building.
