This project included a 4,800-square-foot restaurant as well as a 4,355-square-foot lobby renovation. The full project scope included demolition of the existing buffet and the build-out of a new bar and sit down restaurant. The existing tile floor was demolished in the lobby and all the finishes were refreshed.
