Located in the central business district of uptown Charlotte, this first-generation space anchors the newly constructed Legacy Union Tower, which is part of Lincoln Harris’ 10-acre, four-tower development that occupies two contiguous city blocks. Deloitte occupies the top four floors of the 18-story building and has naming rights, highlighting their presence in the booming local market. The scope of work included an extensive four-month preconstruction process followed by five months of construction. The UpFit created multiple amenities for Deloitte associates, including a state-of-the-art business center, collaborative and huddle spaces, private meeting and office spaces, and a 15,000-square-foot outdoor terrace. All spaces are accessible via an ornamental staircase that connects all four floors and provides spectacular views of the Charlotte skyline.
