Swinerton provided general contracting services for the tenant improvement of E-Spaces Chattanooga. The scope of the project included interior renovations to the second floor of University Tower. The newly renovated second floor features 28 different sized office spaces, conference rooms to accommodate 12 people, a café, and other business amenities.
