Swinerton provided general contracting services for the construction of a three story SS20 steel climate controlled storage facility. Classified as a ground up commercial warehouse, the new facility provides customers with a large selection of storage units, including drive up access. The project team incorporated exceptional security as well as a sound system throughout the building. Within the first four months of being open, the facility reached 40% capacity.
