Swinerton provided general contracting services for the construction of a new luxury apartment community with 289 units. Located in Denver’s upscale Cherry Creek neighborhood, the eight-story building is set over a two-level below-grade parking structure with 467 stalls. It provides direct access to each corresponding residential level. The cast-in-place concrete exterior utilizes a mix of stone and brick veneer, window wall system, and metal panel. Each apartment has a balcony with sliding glass doors.

Luxury amenities are highlighted by a rooftop pool deck with a 2,500-cubic-foot saltwater pool, hot tub, cabanas, lounge space, and an outdoor kitchen. Additional amenities include an indoor demonstration kitchen attached to a private dining and boardroom; a fitness room and yoga studio; a media and game room; a dog wash area; and a bike repair shop. A new pocket park was also added that connects the property to the popular Cherry Creek Trail
