Swinerton provided general contracting services for the construction of a new dual hotel/residential development. Floors 1-16 encompass 239 guest rooms, a signature restaurant, bar and lounge areas, meeting space and ballrooms served by a banquet kitchen, a fitness center, and a full-service spa with an outdoor pool.  Floors 17-45 feature 102 luxury condominiums ranging from one to four bedrooms with balconies that offer unparalleled views of Denver and the mountains beyond.
