This Lease-Leaseback project consists of new instructional and support facilities with a total square-footage of approximately 20,280 square feet. 14,034 square feet of new construction includes eight 21st century classrooms with state-of-the-art instructional technology and adjacent collaborative spaces, a multipurpose room, office and student support spaces, and extended learning spaces to bring the school up to current educational and structural standards. 6,246 square feet of modernization consists of the remodel of the existing multi-purpose building and classroom wing into two new kindergarten classrooms, two elementary classrooms, and a library and media center. An outdoor learning courtyard will provide outside learning opportunities for engaging students.
