A design-assist project, the new 24-story mixed-use tower features 19 levels of residential space with 220 apartments. It also includes 5,000 square feet of ground-level commercial space, along with five levels of below-grade parking and three levels of above-grade parking. With a minimalistic architecture, it features a sleek ascension of glass and metal. All 220 units feature balconies to further sculpt, articulate, and refine the building’s form. The resulting design adds to the sophistication of downtown San Diego’s skyline and provides LUMA’s residents with ample daylighting and views to the city and bay. On the top of the building, residents can relax with friends at the pool and spa, workout at the fitness center, and enjoy the outdoor common area to host barbeques around the fire pits. With extensive green features, the project is pursuing LEED for Homes Gold.
