Located in San Diego’s historic Gaslamp Quarter, the nine-story, 52,000-square-foot boutique hotel features 126 guest rooms. It includes a hip speakeasy, bar and lounge, full service kitchen, and fitness center. It also has one level of below-grade valet parking with an auto elevator and lifts to maximize stall count on the tight footprint. The hotel is a cast-in-place concrete and metal stud framed structure, with interior finishes highlighted by polished wood paneling.
