Located in a two-story, 250,000-square-foot occupied office building, the entire interior was demolished down to the floors, ceilings, and perimeter walls. It was followed by a full build-back consisting of high-end features, including slotted wood wall panels; radius walls; decorative ceilings; large format 3’x3’ floor tiles; and glass railings. A new comprehensive A/V system was also installed. Major structural modifications included the addition of a stunning two-story atrium.

The true highlight of this project is the addition of the largest continuous skylight west of the Mississippi River. Connected with an aluminum frame, the (18) structural glass panels span a total length of 700 feet. A structural steel support system is utilized between some of the larger ones. As the entire span of roof was demolished, the full second floor was waterproofed. It then served as a catch basin to capture rainwater and move it out of the building.
