Swinerton provided preconstruction and general contracting services for the construction of a new 16-story high-rise in San Francisco’s South of Market (SoMa) District. The 605,077 square-foot building has 501 luxury apartment units, along with 31,555 square feet of below-grade parking for 100 vehicles and 225 bicycles. Amenities include a co-working lounge, fitness center, speakeasy game room, demonstration kitchen, lounges, fireplaces, a bar, courtyards, a landscaped rooftop with BBQ stations, and an overhead trellis system.

  • The team delivered this project 2.5 months early and under budget thanks to the team’s exceptional collaboration, ingenuity, quality, and diligence.
  • Self-performed critical trades—concrete, drywall, millwork, doors, frames, and hardware—ensuring high quality and schedule control.
  • Executed a complex 7,000 cubic yard concrete pour with deep foundations in a high-water table near a busy intersection with a freeway offramp, a SFMTA Muni Central Subway stop, and between two occupied buildings.
