Interior demolition and renovation of ’02 Suites Series located in the Sheraton Waikiki Hotel. The renovations consists of 26 suites on levels 5 thru 31, with 1,090 SF per room. Each suite includes a living room with dining area, wet bar, two lanais with views of the Pacific Ocean and Diamond Head and bathroom with dressing area. Schedule was a fast track 6 month duration.
