Located on Southern Methodist University’s campus in Dallas, the project included two highly visible athletic facility upgrades: the men’s basketball locker room and the football presidential suite. Both were delivered within an active Division I athletics environment under season-driven, non-negotiable deadlines.

The athletic facilities upgrades earned a TEXO Distinguished Building Awards, who recognize outstanding commercial construction projects across North and East Texas, honoring excellence in execution, innovation, and collaboration among project teams. The project stands out for its innovative phased construction strategies, customized technical systems, and selective self-performed work, all implemented to maintain schedule certainty and protect critical athletic season milestones.
