Swinerton provided preconstruction and construction services to convert a K-Mart into a new 93,000-square-foot call center with new surface parking.

The facility has raised access flooring, flex spaces, and amenities such as a game room, theater, cafeteria, fitness center, massage room, mother’s room, prayer room, and a full patio with outdoor grills. Support spaces include meeting rooms, huddle/interview rooms, training rooms, and offices.

The critical facility and high-technology environment utilizes building monitoring, security systems, and an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) for continuous service.
