Swinerton Builders and Timberlab, both integral parts of Swinerton, are leading the construction efforts, with Timberlab specializing in mass timber elements for the project.
This development secured $94 million in financing and will offer residents a modern living experience featuring a rooftop deck, coworking spaces, and a fitness center. The project showcases Swinerton’s commitment to innovation and sustainable construction practices.
Set for completion in late 2026, Cordo is expected to contribute to the transformation of Optimist Park, marking another milestone in Swinerton’s growing portfolio of multifamily and mass timber projects.
