Swinerton provided general contracting services for the renovations to the common areas of the Sheraton Dallas Hotel. Located in downtown Dallas and designed by DLR Group, hotel improvements total 440,000 square feet and include updates to the main lobby, registration bars, dining areas, meeting rooms, and banquet rooms.

Additionally, the updated main entry received new glass entries, finishes, a refreshed porta cochere, and LED panel light system. Hotel patrons are treated to the high-end bar and lounge areas, a new quick-prep kitchen, and a “grab and go” market.

The hotel remained fully functional during construction by relocating operations around construction phasing.
