Swinerton completed construction of the 89,000-square-foot Wingspan Event and Conference Center. Recently, the facility started supporting the Washington County Circuit Court to provide justice services in an environment consistent with national and local safety precautions during the pandemic.

The new Wingspan Event and Conference Center complex includes both an exposition hall and a state-of-the-art conference center, complete with a commercial kitchen, concessions, offices, an advanced audio and visual system, and an outdoor exhibit area to better serve the growing capabilities of the Westside Commons, formerly known as the Washington County Fair Complex.
