Swinerton Elevates Meta Relationship with New Nationwide Retail Refresh

Swinerton has been selected to deliver several new retail locations totaling $75 million for Meta. The projects encompass fast-track refreshes of existing spaces in Atlanta, Houston, Los Angeles, Palo Alto, New York City, Scottsdale, and Waikiki to support the launch and rollout of their new, highly anticipated technology product.

Teams across the country have managed complex logistics within occupied spaces and detailed phasing. Some projects have included triple-shift operations to deliver quality high-end environments ahead of the client’s critical product launch deadlines.

While this program marks the first retail-oriented project that Swinerton has delivered for Meta, the two firms have enjoyed a strong relationship for nearly ten years. Over that time, Swinerton has completed office tenant improvements in the Southeast, as well as Southern California, Colorado, and Texas, building a deep understanding of the client’s goals and delivery standards as well as a strong foundation of trust.
