Tulalip Resort Casino Completes Expansion, Renovation
The Tulalip Resort Casino has completed a three-year, 70,250-square-foot expansion and property-wide renovation designed to enhance the guest experience while reflecting the culture and traditions of the Tulalip Tribes. The project introduced new design themes, expanded gaming amenities, a new North Bar, a reimagined Center Bar, a renovated high-limit slots room, and upgrades to several dining venues. The renovation incorporates natural materials and design elements inspired by the nearby Salish Sea, coastal shorelines, and Pacific Northwest forests.
Completed in 2025, the north addition expanded the gaming floor to 270,250 square feet and added 400 new slot machines, bringing the casino’s total to more than 2,600. New features include the North Bar, an outdoor covered patio, a smoking area, and a grand north entrance facing the Tulalip Amphitheatre and Seattle Premium Outlets. Swinerton Construction served as the building contractor for the project, working alongside the internal project team and division leaders, with Rice Fergus Miller serving as architect.
