36,000-square-foot conversion of a vintage precast building into a 175 seat office environment with breakrooms, conference and huddle rooms and a massive architectural cloud features. The renovation also includes two lab style data centers housing 60 cabinets with room for expansion. Each data center is equipped with overhead busways for normal and backup power, in row air handlers for cooling and containment systems for hot and cold separation. To support the data centers, a modular chiller system, UPS and generator will be installed. Structural piers and steel were added to help this vintage building take on the weight of all the new MEP equipment.
