Swinerton continues to work with Bright Horizons Family Solutions, a long-standing client, as they expand their day care facility operation in the greater Puget Sound area. The project consists of a 13,000-square-foot tenant improvement build-out of existing shell and core space in a new urban development in downtown Ballard.  The project presented many difficult logistical challenges being on a 3rd floor of an active jobsite with an interconnecting skybridge connecting to a rooftop playground.  Strategic partnering with our client and the property developer was key to navigating an appropriate start date to keep ahead of new construction activities on the floor below and maintaining the overall project schedule. The project was complete on schedule.
