Swinerton provided general contracting services for the construction of a 111,00-square-foot, two-story core and shell office building. The tilt-up concrete building is part of a loft office complex consisting of two buildings attached to a 5,000 square-foot clubhouse that will feature a conference center, coffee bar and gym.
