This Swinerton project consisted of a 20,000-square-foot gaming addition, a 52,000-square-foot ballroom addition, a 10,000-square-foot back-of house administrative space, and the additional of two restaurants totaling 50,000 square feet. Two parking structures with a total of 1,000 stalls were also constructed as part of this project. The first phase of construction included 20,000 square feet of gaming space and was operational within five months of breaking ground-two months ahead of the initial schedule. All remaining work was performed with a  fully operational gaming floor.
