Swinerton continues to work with Bright Horizons Family Solutions, a long-standing client, as they expand their day care facility operation in the Seattle area. The project consists of 15,000 square foot tenant improvement build out of shell and core space in an urban development in downtown Seattle. Despite market challenges, Swinerton was able to negotiate an executable budget to deliver the project within four months. The project scope includes construction on non-structural, interior partitions, casework, new finishes, installation of duct and domestic water distribution, and a full lighting and data communications package. This project reflects Swinerton’s continued ability to match high-quality construction with the client’s innovation in creating a premier educational environment for young children.
